Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was perfectly situated right off the exit, making it easy to locate and offering a central spot on Long Island. The room connected to the pool area was beautiful and convenient for multiple-night stays. The gorgeous service exceeded our expectations by almost anticipating our needs, though the dining experience fell short for the rates charged.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of luxury and outdated elements. The room, right by the second-floor foyer where wedding photos were taken, was surprisingly roomy and luxurious, complete with a romantic touch of a rose on the bed and a thoughtful note for my wedding night, but it did show signs of being outdated.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a lovely quilt, but due to an issue, I had to move during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The service was above-par, except for a hot water issue that lasted all day and some blaming on booking. The location was great for my needs, near shopping centers and my client's office. However, the dining options were below expectations, offering a buffet style selection that didn't impress. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
